Images with eyes closed, heads turned, duplicates, etc. will not be shown and are removed from our archives permanently after the artist rendering is complete. We always strive for excellence!
PRINTING | OTHER LABS, RETAIL LABS:
If you are using high resolution images you have purchased from Flo and getting them printed elsewhere – We can't control how other labs print. We, unfortunately, CANNOT and DO NOT guarantee the quality of their work. Printing beautiful digital files is an extremely complicated process to achieve when not working with a specific lab. Every lab is different. If you go somewhere to get cheap prints, then that's what you'll get... cheap prints. Some labs aren't necessarily cheap, but have their system set up completely different than what was intended, and the prints will end up looking washed out, too contrasty, green, blue, red, etc... (you get the point). It's important to know that Flo Bretz Photography cares about the quality of your images dearly. We guarantee top-notch quality with our prints but understand that there are circumstances you want to use another lab. And if you've purchased the digital images and copyright release, you're free to do so, but we just wanted to make sure you understand.
Retention of Delivered Files.
Once the JPEG files are delivered to the client, it is the client’s sole responsibility to protect and retain their images for the future. It is highly recommended that CD| USB be stored in a cool | dry place . (Technology can be fickle; one of the best ways to ensure the client’s images will last for generations is for the client to print them or on a Canvas.) If client requires old files to be duplicated by the photographer, and they are still within the photographer’s possession, a restocking fee will be applied. ($99.00 )

On The Value of Professional Photography
Why do professional photographers charge so much?
by: David Bickley Modelmayhem.com
As with any other job, we get paid for our time—but not just the time behind the camera. Truth be told, that’s only a third or so of what we put into a shoot. After the session, we have to go through the images and not only select the best out of hundreds of shots, but also edit them. The quality of the equipment which you are being photographed does matter as well.
The demand for high-resolution, high-quality images is simply too great today to be able to get away with less.
What you are really paying for are the years of practice it takes to make the images that you receive possible. Not to mention the sheer talent that many photographers bring to the table.
As the saying goes " YOU get what you pay for" In the end YOU are paying for their VISUAL TALENT =)
